Nomination Committee proposes new Board of Directors for Videberg Kraft AB

The Nomination Committee of Videberg Kraft AB proposes Tom Erixon as the new Chairman of the Board. Anna Borg is proposed for re-election as a Board member, while Helene Biström, Måns Carlson, Anders Jackson and Susanne Lithander are proposed as new Board members. The Board will be elected at the General Meeting on 27 August 2026.

The Nomination Committee has assessed the Board’s collective expertise in relation to the company’s assignment. Together, the proposed members bring experience in industrial transformation, nuclear technology, project management, financing, cost control, state-owned corporate governance and regulatory processes.

With this composition, the Nomination Committee aims to create an active and supportive Board with broad industrial, financial, technical and regulatory expertise. The proposed Board consists of three women and three men. The Board will be supplemented with further nuclear technology expertise.

The proposal means that the Board will consist of six members, with no deputies: Tom Erixon as Chair, and Anna Borg, Helene Biström, Anders Jackson, Susanne Lithander and Måns Carlson as members.

The current Board consists of Johan Dasht, Head of Business Area Generation at Vattenfall, as Chair, and Tom Erixon and Anna Borg as Board members. Johan Dasht will leave his role in connection with the General Meeting.

The General Meeting is open only to the owners and their representatives. The Nomination Committee is appointed by the owners of Videberg Kraft AB and is represented by Andreas Regnell as chair, from Vattenfall, and Carina Malmgren-Heander, Industrikraft. In addition, Åsa Mitsell has been appointed as an adjunct member of The Nomination Committee.
