Anders

Anders Granö

Anders is Videberg Kraft’s commercial interface to the final SMR suppliers’ negotiations and lead in coordinating the selection process with Arvid Gällström. Advising on supply chain strategy and interacting with relevant stakeholders in the eco system, Anders is the link to all members in Industrikraft. Born and raised in Västerås, Anders is president of a football club and an avid golfer at Frösåker Golf and Country Club.  

Arvid

Arvid Gällström

Arvid is lead in coordinating the supplier selection process and part of the commercial team in the final SMR suppliers’ negotiations together with Anders Granö. Arvid comes previously from Vattenfall and has been involved in the supplier selection process since the beginning in 2022, and prior working as a management consultant for 15 years. Stockholm based but with a strong connection to the outdoors as an avid hunter, fisher, and golfer.

Boel

Boel Breland

As Chief Legal Officer, Boel is responsible for managing corporate governance matters for Videberg Kraft, providing legal advice to the Board, executive management and the CEO, ensuring that business complies with applicable laws and regulations, as well as proactively mitigating legal risks. In addition to a long international career as in-house counsel and a background as a competitive swimmer in her youth, Boel was brought up and engaged in farming, where her family has practised agriculture in Skåne for six generations.

Bradley

Bradley Albright

Bradley oversees the financials and is responsible for establishing the finance capabilities of Videberg Kraft as well as running the negotiations of the financing package with the Swedish state. Known to most as “Brad” our colleague from Vattenfall, holds a bachelor’s in finance and master’s in accountancy from the US, but has been rooted as practitioner in Sweden for the past 15 years. 

Carina

Carina Malmgren Heander

Together with Maria Mellberg, Carina ensures that Videberg Kraft is staffed with the owners’ foremost competencies and experience so that 1+1 becomes 3. Carina and Maria’s combined expertise in leadership, recruitment, change management, corporate governance and employer branding forms the foundation of Videberg Kraft’s uniquely composed skill set. When Carina takes a break from ongoing activities, she spends time in her house outside Bologna, close to the Adriatic Sea in Italy. 
 

Desiree

Desirée Comstedt

In her role as acting CEO for Videberg Kraft, also lies overseeing the full project portfolio, leading the company with one mission – to build and commission/operate 1500MW of fossil-free power from new nuclear reactors at the Värö Peninsula together with a strong team. Desirée brings just the right credentials of business, management, and nuclear expertise to the project. Aside work, she is a strong supporter of her children’s skiing careers.

Fredrik

Fredrik Hallberg

Fredrik is Videberg Kraft’s Chief Information Officer and is responsible for establishing and governing the company’s IT and digital capabilities in a highly regulated nuclear environment. His role covers IT strategy, enterprise architecture, information and cybersecurity, including service delivery, ensuring that technology supports the business throughout the full lifecycle – from early engineering and licensing to future operations. Fredrik brings long experience from building scalable and compliant IT environments. Outside of work, Fredrik enjoys longdistance running and playing guitar 

Fredrikk H

Fredrik Hassel 

Fredrik is Head of Licensing & Permitting and will focus on leading and developing the company’s work in licensing and regulatory approvals, as well as building necessary capabilities and expertise for Videberg Kraft to act independently as the applicant in all future permitting processes. Fredrik brings ten years’ experience as Deputy Director General at the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority, along with a background in politics, defense and industry.  

Jörgen

Jörgen Lindeborg

Jörgen’s role is to build up Videberg Kraft’s Project Management Office, ensuring that the portfolio of sub-projects is delivered on time, to the required quality, and within budget. The PMO, for which Jörgen has overall responsibility, will implement the project governance framework to mitigate risks and capture synergies, delivering the best possible outcome. Jörgen is originally from Kalmar, multiple Vasaloppet finisher that also sailed across the Atlantic.

Karin

Karin Dufva

Karin is Videberg Kraft’s pillar in administration, office management, and CEO assistance. Karin comes with in-depth knowledge and work experience in the field of structuring office IT support as well as making sure Videberg Kraft could move to our new facilities swiftly and effectively. Aside work, Karin enjoys the world of powerlifting in which she likes to compete.  

Kenneth

Kenneth Bundy

Kenneth is Head of Site & Owner’s work covering formation of the plant at Värö so that the project can be carried out in accordance with good environmental and construction standards, in close collaboration with future nuclear power suppliers involved in the development. This has also been Kenneth’s responsibility within the Vattenfall’s project organisation hence the appreciation of continuity and expertise to Videberg Kraft.  

Klas

Klas Sandrén

Klas brings extensive experience from international industrial collaborations and complex contractual models to Videberg Kraft via secondment from Volvo Group. Klas will among various tasks, analyse and advise on components of interest for a future Swedish supply chain.

Maria

Maria Mellberg

Together with Carina Malmgren Heander, Maria is responsible for People and Culture to ensure that Videberg Kraft is staffed with the owners’ foremost competencies and experience so that 1+1 becomes 3. Carina and Maria’s combined expertise in leadership, recruitment, change management, corporate governance and employer branding forms the foundation of Videberg Kraft’s uniquely composed skill set. Maria combines her spare time horse riding and as a frequent traveler to experience new places. 

Niklas

Niklas Ekman

Niklas is a long timer change management consultant. As one of the craftsmen behind the Build Up Videberg Kraft model, Niklas is used to being a bridge between parties. Together with the leadership teams in Vattenfall and Videberg Kraft, Niklas has laid out a clear transition pathway, now in execution phase. Niklas founded Vergenta some 20 years ago and one of many clients over the years has been SKB, the company that deals with radioactive waste. 

Patricia

Patricia Kempff

Patricia runs Communication, Regulatory and Public Affairs for Videberg Kraft. Coming from Industrikraft in a similar role, she powers up her portfolio a notch. Patricia operates in an extensive stakeholder network, focusing on building up the new identity and role for Videberg Kraft in a future society. When Mats Wilander miraculously in 1982 won a Grand Slam title at the French Open, she tried out for tennis and +40 years later it’s still her passion.   
 

Per

Per Klasson

As Head of Engineering & Operations, Per is responsible for establishing preparations work at Värö including guidance of all future technology suppliers’ prior establishment of Videberg Kraft’s operations organisation. Per brings more than 15 years of nuclear expertise and another 15 years of Swedish and international industrial know-how to the team. On his spare time Per enjoys renovating old houses at Misterhult’s archipelago outside Oskarshamn Municipality.  

Peter Börjesson

Peter Börjesson

Peter brings extensive experience from global and strategic sourcing, project management, and procurement from both the automotive industry and international manufacturing. Most recently Petercomes from Alfa Laval where he served as Head of Global Sourcing. Peter is a true Swedish West Coaster, and will keep commuting, to combine work and family. Especially now with a daughter competing for the Swedish women’s national handball team.
